Hi, I'm Heather!
Lightened Up Dreamland Southern Banana Pudding Recipe
As we’re gearing up for Easter, here in the South a staple of any family get-together is a good, old fashioned Banana Pudding! This is a family-favorite recipe, one that is constantly asked for at gatherings and a frequently shared recipe with friends and loved ones.
Banana pudding is a treat we’ve eaten for as long as I can remember. I’ve shared the ORIGINAL version of this recipe before with y’all – it’s decadent and very indulgent but oh-so-good! Since then, I’ve tried to find a way to “health hack” the recipe to make it just a little bit lighter. I am so excited to share this recipe with y’all today! This edition of my Banana Pudding is a bit lighter than the OG but it’s not QUITE as good if we are being honest. I want you to have OPTIONS here if you are wanting have a lighter version though so that’s why I had to share this yogurt hack version I whipped up in the spring!
If you’re tracking your macros on Faster Way To Fat Loss or just watching your calories this Easter season, you’re going to want to check out this recipe for sure! If you aren’t sure what I mean by FWTFL, click HERE to see how it transformed by body postpartum and why I love it!
