We are living in crazy times, I tell ya! Not only is it flu season but now we are also staying healthy to prevent Coronavirus. One thing I have clung to this entire time is facts and faith over fear. I know that one thing I can do is be proactive and keep things clean, so I wanted to share this DIY hand sanitizer recipe with y’all. I opened up a little about this on a recent Instagram post:
Click the image above to read how we are all facing our fears in uncertain times.
Just a few short weeks ago, I was traveling in Pittsburgh. Looking back, who knew that would be one of the last few weeks we would feel “safe” flying or traveling without at least a few questions running through our minds?
Fear of the unknown can be crippling. It’s a scary thing but I keep coming back to the fact that we have HOPE and security in a sovereign God. I’m grounding myself in that truth.
Today, I’m choosing faith over fear. Today, I’m choosing to take it one day at a time. Today, I’m not allowing panic to overwhelm me. I’m turning off the news when I feel anxiety creeping in. I’m taking control of my own emotions and thoughts. I’m listening to wisdom and the Bible verses that cast out fear.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27
I would love to hear how you face fears in the comments below when you feel like your circumstances are closing in on you in?

I made this but the aloe vera kind of got clumpy in the solution. Is that the way it’s supposed to turn out? Or do you have a suggestion for me to try? Thanks!
Hi! When I made mine, it got kind of clumpy too. I just made sure to stir or shake it pretty thoroughly before using again!
