Lemon Cream Cheese Icing
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ c. butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 c. confectioners sugar
- Place cream cheese and butter into bowl.
- Beat the the first 2 ingredients together.
- Add in everything else and beat until fluffy.
