Welcome to Day 2 of the 7 Day Legs Challenge! Some of you may be a little sore from yesterday’s workout. I was already sore, so now I’m really hurting. I did the legs challenge workout from yesterday, taught a Pure Barre class and then couldn’t stand to not get out in this beautiful weather, so I took a quick 1 mile walk with the baby before I started making Chilled Southwestern Quinoa Salad for dinner…so tasty!
Let’s get right to the workout, shall we?
- 20 minutes brisk walk or light jog with a stroller for mommies! (AND DON’T FORGET to enter to win my Freshly Picked Moccasins GIVEAWAY that ends soon if you like Leyton’s shoes!)
- 10 minute total body stretch
- Don’t forget to shave your legs and moisturize each day!
I’m actually meeting with my personal trainer from Home Fit tomorrow who hooked us up with this 7 day challenge and I feel certain he’ll have me working my upper body tomorrow too to balance out!
By the way, if you like the look of my Alabama tee above that I tied up for my workout, make sure you check out local designer Bohemian Bop! Side note, if you haven’t started tying up your tanks or tees yet for your workout, do it! It’s a nice way to be able to check your form in a Pure Barre class or cinch in a shirt that’s a little chunky.
Anyway, back to Bohemian Bop…I got to model some of her clothes recently and love some of the tee’s…especially the Alabama and Beachy Queen one. My Bohemian Bop tee and these athleta springy floral capri’s have been my Fit Chic workout attire of choice lately.
What’s your favorite workout brand of the moment? Any new one’s I need to check out?
