So nice to meet you! I’m from Alabama, married to my college sweetheart Eric, and #boymom to Leyton and Finn! I’m defined by my faith in Jesus, my southern roots, and my deep love for people.
I started out as a lead fitness instructor, while also writing meal plans and managing marketing for a major online meal-planning company. Back then, health meant squeezing in workouts and rushing to Pure Barre, but I hadn’t yet connected with the deeper aspects of true well-being.
After the traumatic birth of my oldest son and a 4th-degree tear that left me unable to walk to the mailbox, everything I thought I knew about health was turned upside down. Coupled with postpartum depression, I realized I needed a new definition of wellness—one that started from the inside out. That’s when I discovered my triple-threat triangle: mind, body, and soul.
Healthy living isn’t just about being active or counting calories (shocking, I know). It’s about balance, joy, and focusing on what truly matters! Whether you’re lost in wellness buzzwords or just want practical, no-fluff tips to stay healthy and sane, I’m here to help you make health feel good again, mama.

To get the most out of the membership, I recommend you show up in the group at least 1-2 times a week, set aside 30 minutes each week for the Sunday Reset (this is the gamechanger), workout 2-3 times a week, and spend at least 10 minutes a day in the Bible.
Remember, this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. It’s about consistency and building habits a little at a time! And you can adapt it to your current situation, like listening to the Bible while carpooling or checking in with the group while sitting in the car line, for example.
