Abs Challenge: Mom-Friendly Bathing Suits

One of the laments I keep hearing in my friend circles over and over again is about finding great bathing suits for summer vacations and pool days. Let’s be honest, I’m looking for two TOTALLY different bathing suits when I think about packing for our anniversary Mexico trip in August vs my wear to the pool and try not to let my toddler expose me swimsuit. HA! #MomLife

I’ve scoured the internet and gotten two mom-friendly bathing suits recently so I wanted to share my favorite mom-friendly bathing suits with you. Break out your confidence and your strong abs and let’s find you a cute suit you feel confident in this summer!

Some of the first brands that come to mind when I think about mom-friendly bathing suits are:

• Rad Swim: The blue swimsuit I’m wearing at the top of this post and my most recent video on Instagram with Leyton is this Rad Swimsuit. I got a small top and small bottom and selected the classic fit bottom instead of the high-waisted. It’s great for coverage without being high-waisted and keeps the girls in check from wayward baby hands.
• Kortni Jean: Y’all freaked over this bubblegum pink Kortni Jean swimsuit I wore in this Sugar Detox post. I am a huge fan of this suit for staying in place with baby and loved the funky back and cutesy hip ruffles. I wore a small in both for sizing reference.
• Albion Fit: A lot of my friends have these swimsuits and really like them. I have some Albion Fit pants and like those so I’d love to try the swimsuits next.

I purchased a Calia by Carrie Underwood bathing suit last year and fell in love with it for pooling it up with the babe. This way the girls are held in place no matter how hard your little one tugs on your top.

One Piece Bathing Suits: One pieces are back in style, y’all! I had a one piece from Lululemon while I was pregnant that I bought a few sizes up and LOVED it. Now, I still wear it just because I love it.
