Morning girls! After the mom-friendly swimsuits post was so well-received, I thought I’d share some of my favorite current season picks to level up your beach accessories. I always feel more put together when I head to the pool or lake with a cute bag, a hat to cover my rat’s nest curls after being in the water, some cute sunnies and sometimes when I’m feeling extra adding in some cute studs (can’t get over those pineapples!) that I can wear from the gym to the pool with Leyton.
The “it bag” of summer is the Cult Gaia bamboo wooden bag that retails for hundreds of dollars. This is for sure a really cute and trendy piece that you can get for far less if you look around. Luckily, Amazon has your back with these dupe options in either black or natural. And at around $40 they’re pretty hard to beat!
Although I can’t always pull my look together because #RealLife, if I have extra time, I do love to throw on my It Cosmetics CC+ Cream or Coola BB+ cream as y’all know because it has SPF plus a little luminous coverage.
Of course, the most important “accessory” you can wear outside for your summer days is sunscreen. I have way too many people I know that are my age or younger who already have skin cancer. It’s real, friends! I keep a sunscreen in my beach bag and in the stroller at all times so I can have it with me wherever we go! Throwing on a spritz of sunscreen is one of the best things health-wise you can do for yourself this summer and really every day of the year!
