We love a good cocktail around here – and even more than that? We love a cocktail that fits our macros! In my post about tracking macros when you’re drinking alcohol, we learned about how drinking alcohol while tracking macros is NOT discouraged but it’s definitely something you need to be smart about!

So, this Skinny Piña Colada is a great choice if you’re keeping track! Sometimes, piña coladas can be super heavy in the macros department. To combat that, I’ve created this lightened-up version that we really enjoy! It includes my very favorite Blue Chair Bay Rum Cream, which is only 99 calories per serving! Most other cream rums I’ve seen are more than that per serving. This drink also includes a refreshing splash of coconut water and it’s all blended together with ice to make the perfect drink for cooling off after a hot summer day.

When Eric and I were in Bora Bora, we found that the drinks there were super pricey but we still wanted that island feel while we were drinking there. So we thought a cheaper alternative was to just make our own! This would be a really simple and affordable drink to make while you’re on vacation!

Yummy Skinny Piña Colada

Course Drinks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Coconut Sparkling Water
  • 1.5 oz Blue Chair Bay Rum Pineapple Rum Cream
  • Ice
  • Pineapple Wedge to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the ingredients above
  • Pour rum cream over ice and top with coconut sparkling water
