Spring Forward Transition

Did you spring forward yesterday? It was officially a beautiful and warm sunny day that was light outside until well past 6. So glorious! We happily made the spring forward transition and were glad it didn’t throw the baby off too much. I love getting to come home and still have plenty of sunlight to enjoy with our little family. We celebrated the springy day yesterday by getting out for a run and swinging on the front porch. Sadly, the only thing tainting the perfect day was the allergens that are getting to Eric, I and the baby.

I’ve styled two outfits today…one for now while you’re making your spring transition and one for in a few months when it’s so warm we’re all pouring our glistening “sparkle” that only a southern lady can somehow pull off. HA! If only that were true…

I have worn the outfit above on repeat most of the past few weeks with leggings and a long collared tunic and these open shoes when possible and when not, I’ve gone with my boots. My Lily Jade Diaper Bag in buttery leather is my new favorite carry-all bag! I’ll have a full review coming soon on it. The outfit below may just be a pregnancy dress that turned tunic that now is back to a dress from Pink Blush, earrings I got on sale at the semi-annual Nordstrom sale, and then fun accessories from local boutiques. 🙂
